Notably, this marks the fifth bankruptcy filing for BBS within a decade. BBS wheels are widely supplied to prominent car manufacturers, including Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz. According to foreign media reports, the transfer agreement for BBS was signed in June this year, indicating that the company is actively seeking new avenues to overcome its challenges.
