自從 2016 年三菱決定停產 Lancer EVO 以來，眾多車迷一直密切關注新一代車型的復活消息。近日，網上流傳出一組疑似大改款 Lancer EVO 的偽裝測試照片，但經外媒查證，這些照片實際上是基於 2019 年 Outlander 測試車製作而成。

外媒報道指出，這組曝光的 Lancer EVO 復活版測試車照片展示了一款四門轎車，前格柵採用了直列式設計，配有銳利的燈組，車頭還設有圓形分離式日行燈，以及超大型擾流尾翼。整車造型更加低趴，並採用了雙出排氣管設計。

這些看似逼真的新一代 Lancer EVO 測試車照片令許多車迷感到興奮，但實際上，這些圖片是基於 2019 年 Outlander 大改款測試車的照片，作者巧妙地將其改造成想像中的 Lancer EVO 測試車。

目前，三菱的重心仍然放在跨界與休旅車市場，因此復活性能轎車的可能性較低。不過，先前三菱曾註冊了 Lancer Sportback 商標，預計該車型將以休旅車形式亮相，並且尺寸將大於 Outlander，類似於 Subaru Outback 的跨界旅行車。

根據日媒報道，如果 Lancer Sportback 以 Crossover 旅行車形式回歸，動力系統有望搭載與 Outlander 相同的 PHEV 插電式混合動力系統，並配備三菱招牌的 S-AWC 四輪驅動系統。然而，目前尚無法確定這款新車是否屬於 Momentum 2030 品牌策略中的某一款剪影。

Recently, a set of disguised test photos purported to be of the redesigned Lancer EVO surfaced online. However, foreign media discovered that these photos were actually based on the 2019 Outlander test car.

According to foreign media reports, the revealed test photos of the revived Mitsubishi Lancer EVO show a four-door sedan featuring a vertical front grille, sharp light groups, and circular separated daytime running lights at the front. It also sports a large spoiler and a dual-exhaust system, giving the car a lower and more aggressive stance.

These realistic-looking new-generation Lancer EVO test photos have excited many fans, but in reality, the images are based on 2019 Outlander test car photos. The author cleverly replaced the Outlander with a conceptual Lancer EVO test car.

Currently, Mitsubishi's focus remains on crossovers and SUVs, making the revival of a performance sedan unlikely. However, Mitsubishi previously registered the Lancer Sportback trademark, suggesting that this model might be presented as an SUV, larger than the Outlander and resembling the Subaru Outback in its crossover wagon configuration.

According to Japanese media reports, if the Lancer Sportback returns as a crossover wagon, it is expected to be powered by the same PHEV plug-in hybrid system as the Outlander, paired with Mitsubishi's signature S-AWC all-wheel-drive system. However, it is still uncertain whether this new car will be one of the silhouettes in the Momentum 2030 brand strategy.
