2023 年的 IAA 車展即將來臨，各位 MINI 粉絲應該會很興奮，因為他們在這場車展前夕率先公開了全新的純電 MINI Cooper 的資訊。
MINI Cooper 其實一直都是向著電動化進發，在 2019 年推出純電 MINI Cooper SE，不過 SE 是油改電而成，在許多車迷心目中還不算是真正的電動車，加上 MINI 已說會在 2030 年轉型為純電品牌，所以這次推出的純電版本，是真正意義上的完成轉型。
新款電動 Mini Cooper 底盤是由寶馬集團和長城汽車共同開發，今年內會在中國開始生產，未來的 Mini Countryman 和 Mini Aceman 亦將加入 Mini 翻新的產品陣容。儘管不再擁有引擎，但它仍然保留著經典的外觀，包括三門設計、圓形燈組、英國國旗尾燈燈條。品牌還對車頭進行了一些設計變化，將原本的六角形格柵改成了八角形，取消了鍍鉻飾條，取而代之的是高亮銀的纖細飾條，使車頭更加生動。此外，車門處還加入了隱藏式車門把手，簡潔而有力的線條為 MINI Cooper 帶來更多精緻和成熟的風格，散發出更多高級豪華的氛圍。
最引人注目的變化之一是新一代 MINI Cooper 的內飾。它擺脫了多餘的實體按鈕和角角落落的設計，將儀表板裝飾成織布質感，營造了一個溫馨舒適的座艙環境。而中控屏幕則保留了經典的圓形形狀，亦首次採用了直徑 240 mm 的全新 OLED 觸控螢幕，並引入了最新的 MINI Operating System 9 影音娛樂系統。此外，屏幕下方只保留了五個實體按鈕，包括改為飛機撥桿式的線傳排檔系統。
這輛全新的 MINI Cooper 已經轉型為純電車型，提供了 MINI Cooper E 和 MINI Cooper SE 兩種不同的動力選擇，但無論哪種配置，都只是前輪驅動。MINI Cooper E 最大馬力為 181 hp，最大扭力為 294 Nm，0 到 100 km/h 的加速只要 7.3 秒。搭載的 40.7 kW 鋰電池，續航力以 WLTP 標準計算約為 305 公里。
至於高級版的 MINI Cooper SE，同樣是前輪驅動，最大馬力達到 215 hp，最大扭力為 330 Nm，0 到 100 公里/小時的加速僅需 6.7 秒。搭載的 54.2 kW 鋰電池組，續航力以 WLTP 標準下約為 402 公里。
不管是 MINI Cooper E 還是 MINI Cooper SE，支援 11 kW 交中充，但在快充方面有所不同，Cooper E 支援的最大充電功率為 75 kW，而 Cooper SE 支援的最大充電功率則為 95 kW，這不到 30 分鐘內將電池充電從 10% 充至 80%。
新一代 MINI Cooper 預計將於 2024 年春季首次在歐洲市場上推出，而經過全新改款的 MINI Countryman 也將在 MINI Cooper 之後不久推出。此外我得悉香港 MINI 稍早前有運過它來香港給 VIP 們率先迎賞，但是正式發佈日我想都要明年中或底了。

The 2023 IAA Car Show is just around the corner, and MINI enthusiasts should be excited because they have unveiled information about the all-new electric MINI Cooper ahead of this event.
MINI Cooper has been steadily moving towards electrification, starting with the release of the plug-in hybrid MINI Cooper SE in 2019. However, the SE was a hybrid, and in the eyes of many fans, not a true electric vehicle. With MINI's plan to transition to a fully electric brand by 2030, this new electric version marks a significant step in that direction.
Despite ditching the traditional engine, the new generation MINI Cooper retains its iconic design elements, including the three-door layout, round headlights, and the British flag taillight strip. The brand has made some design changes to the front grille, replacing the hexagonal design with an octagonal one and opting for high-gloss silver trim instead of chrome, giving the front end a livelier appearance. Additionally, hidden door handles have been added, giving the MINI Cooper a more refined and mature style with clean and bold lines, exuding a sense of luxury.
One of the most notable changes is the interior of the new MINI Cooper. It eliminates unnecessary physical buttons and cluttered designs, adorning the dashboard with a woven fabric texture to create a warm and comfortable cabin environment. The central display screen retains its classic round shape and introduces a new 240 mm OLED touchscreen, along with the latest MINI Operating System 9 infotainment system. Below the screen, there are only five physical buttons, including a new aircraft-style gear selector.
This all-new MINI Cooper has fully transitioned into an electric vehicle, offering two different power options: MINI Cooper E and MINI Cooper SE, both featuring front-wheel drive. The MINI Cooper E boasts a maximum power output of 181 hp, a maximum torque of 294 Nm, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.3 seconds. It comes equipped with a 40.7 kWh lithium-ion battery, providing an estimated WLTP-standard range of approximately 305 km.
As for the premium version, the MINI Cooper SE, it also features front-wheel drive, but with a higher maximum power of 215 hp and a maximum torque of 330 Nm. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds and comes with a 54.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, offering an estimated WLTP-standard range of about 402 km.
Both the MINI Cooper E and MINI Cooper SE support 11 kW AC charging, but there are differences in fast charging capabilities. The Cooper E supports a maximum charging power of 75 kW, while the Cooper SE supports up to 95 kW, allowing the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in less than 30 minutes.
The new generation MINI Cooper is expected to make its debut in the European market in the spring of 2024, with the redesigned MINI Countryman following shortly thereafter. Additionally, I've learned that MINI has recently brought it to Hong Kong for VIPs to get a sneak peek, but the official release date is likely to be in the middle or later part of next year.
